Mixing It Up With MixHers
I’ve been through a lot of changes over the past few years but prioritizing my health has been a big one for me! HerGreens - Keawe takes this daily because with his colon out, he’s not supposed to eat vegetables. I do take this from time to time and when I do, I prefer to take it like a shot.
HerHydration - I prefer the taste of this to Liquid I.V. but Liquid I.V. has more potassium and sodium so it really depends in what my body needs. If I’m working out and sweating a bunch, I need Liquid I.V.. HerHydration tastes better and just helps me drink more water!
