Soft & Subtle Glitter Glam
I’m showing you a simple step-by-step holiday makeup look that is the perfect understated glitter glam. This could easily be an everyday look. This beginner-friendly tutorial uses long-lasting, budge-proof products like ShadowSense cream shadows and Senegence Tinted Moisturizer for buildable coverage. From brows to lashes, I take you through this look in less than 5 minutes. Perfect for everyday glam!
Step 1: Brows and Prep
I start every look with my brows. Using clear brow gel, I brush my brows up and then press them flat with tweezers to give them a clean, structured look. A quick swipe with my fingers removes any excess and shapes them into place.
Next, I apply a oat milk shadowsense as a color corrector to cancel out any blue tones under my eyes. The peach undertones work wonders for dark circles. I use Medium Deep Tinted Moisturizer for my base to cover freckles, age spots, and discoloration, especially in the under-eye and cheek areas. I spread it with a flat brush and let it sit, which boosts coverage without needing to layer on more product.
Step 2: Perfecting the Base
Once the tinted moisturizer has set, I press it in with a flat-top brush to maintain coverage. I avoid swirling motions since they can sheer out the product. Next, I apply concealer and let it sit briefly before blending. This allows the concealer to dry slightly, giving better coverage with less product and reducing creasing.
Step 3: Bronzer and Blush
For bronzer, I use Deep Tinted Moisturizer, applying it with a small, dense brush. This product layers beautifully, giving warmth and definition to the face without looking heavy.
For blush, I apply Toasted Rose BlushSense on my cheeks, pressing it in for a natural, rosy glow. This shade is my go-to because it’s flattering and subtle, perfect for any occasion.
Step 4: Eyeshadow
In the transition area above the crease, I blend a mix of Natural Tan (warm) and Moca Java (cool) ShadowSense to create depth. Using a small brush, I apply French Toast and Woodland on the outer corner in a soft V-shape, blending slightly onto the lid and along the lower lash line for added dimension.
For a pop of color on the lids, I use Solstice, a glittery eyeshadow with a bold green shift. This shade brings a fun twist to the look, adding a little sparkle without overpowering it.
Step 5: Eyeliner and Lashes
I apply Onyx ShadowSense on my lash line for eyeliner, then blend it with a clean brush for a softer effect. I also added a black pencil liner to my waterline, which stays put all day without transferring.
Next, I curl my lashes and apply Lash Growth Primer. This primer conditions and promotes lash growth for longer, thicker lashes. After it dries, I layer on my favorite mascara with growth-boosting ingredients, giving my lashes volume and length while supporting natural growth.
Step 6: Setting the Look
To set everything, I use a translucent powder on my T-zone and under my eyes, which has a subtle brightening effect and gives a smooth, filtered finish. Then, I go over the bronzer areas with a medium powder for added warmth and a seamless blend. I also highlight the inner corners of my eyes with Whisper Pink to brighten and open up the eyes.
Step 7: Lips
For lips, I start with Juicy Pink Plumping Gloss, which adds a subtle color and natural volume. Then, I layer Bella LipSense with Luxe Pink Hydramatte on top for a bolder, more defined lip color. This combo is ideal for a soft holiday look without being overly festive.
Finishing Touches
I love how this look turned out—it’s fresh, fun, and easy to recreate! The glitter on the lids and green undertone gives it a playful twist, making it a unique choice for daily wear.
