Senegence's New Eye Liners
Senegence just launched 4 new eye liners and you know I had to try them out right away and give you my review! They’ve got charcoal, cobalt, white, and rose gold. I love how smoothly they go on and how well they blended out. I used 3 of the 4 colors in this look and really allowed them to shine by using a neutral base on my eyes.
